Eagle County Transit and Fleet Services - Request for Proposals for Professional Services Related to the Eagle County Coordinated Information Hub Project

Eagle County Government (Eagle County) is soliciting proposals for professional services related to the Eagle County Coordinated Information Hub Project (CIHP). This Request for Proposals (RFP) will be non-exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.

Proposals shall be received not later than 6 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2018 in sealed envelopes marked "COORDINATED INFORMATION HUB PROJECT". Proposals must be delivered by courier to: Chris Lubbers, Eagle County Transit Director, 3289 Cooley Mesa Rd, Building A, Room 135, Gypsum, CO 81637 and emailed to: christopher.lubbers@eaglecounty.us. Questions concerning study parameters shall be directed to: Chris Lubbers, Eagle County Transit Director, christopher.lubbers@eaglecounty.us. All questions must be delivered in email form. Any question, interpretation or clarification regarding this RFP is required seven (7) calendar days prior to the due date.

Early Childhood and Family Support Services - Request for Proposals for Professional Services

Eagle County is soliciting proposals from public or private individuals or entities to perform professional services for early childhood programs and/or services aligned to the Early Childhood Roadmap, www.eaglecounty.us/earlychildhoodroadmap. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.

Eagle County welcomes joint proposals from individuals or entities; however, one administrative entity must be the sole contractor. Subcontracting is permissible with prior Eagle County approval.

Proposals must be received by U.S. mail to the Eagle County Department of Human Services, PO Box 660, Eagle, CO 81631 or by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivered to the Eagle County Department of Human Services, 551 Broadway, Eagle, CO 81631, on or before 4 p.m., MDT, Nov. 1, 2018. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

Schedule for evaluation and selection process:
Deadline for respondent questions - Oct. 12, 4 p.m.
County Response to Questions (as needed) - Oct. 19, 4 p.m.
Proposals Due - Nov. 1, 4 p.m.
Award Decisions - Nov. 14, Noon

Animal Services – Request for Proposal for Veterinary Services at the Eagle County Animal Shelter

Eagle County Government is seeking proposals for veterinary services at the Eagle County Animal Shelter, located at 1400 Fairgrounds Road in Eagle, Colorado. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.

Proposals must be received by email only to Abby Musfeldt on or before 5 p.m., MDT, at the email address below November 9, 2018. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the proposer unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

Engineering – Request for Proposal to perform a Road Impact Fee Study

Eagle County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to perform a Road Impact Fee Study.  

Proposals must be received by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivered to the Eagle County Engineering Department, 500 Broadway, 3rd Floor, Eagle, Colorado 81631 on or before 5 p.m., MDT, Friday, Nov. 9, 2018. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

Eagle County Emergency Management - Request for Proposals for On-Call Emergency Services and Supplies

Eagle County is soliciting proposals for the provision of services and supplies that might be needed in emergency situations in northwest Colorado for one year from the date of award. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from multiple parties. 

Eagle County is part of the Northwest All Hazards Emergency Management Region (“NWAHEMR”) which is comprised of Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Jackson, Mesa, Moffat, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt and Summit Counties. Counties other than Eagle County may also be seeking emergency services and supplies. Links to websites which may contain proposal documents for vendors interested in providing services and supplies in other counties are set forth below. Nothing herein shall create an obligation on the part of any county. 

The types of services, supplies, materials and equipment being sought on an on-call emergency basis by Eagle County include, without limitation, food services, lodging, sand bags, potable/bottled water, port-a-potties, engineering services, heavy equipment and such other services and supplies as may be necessary in an emergency. If you have a question about whether the services or supplies you offer are responsive to this RFP please contact Barry Smith at set forth below. 

Those vendors desiring to provide emergency services and supplies to Eagle County, Colorado should respond to this RFP prior to 5 p.m. on December 31, 2018. Vendors with fully executed agreements in place with Eagle County at the time of an emergency will be contacted to provide their specific services and/or supplies before Vendors without an agreement are engaged. 

Participation from small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprise and labor surplus area firms is encouraged.
