Lake Creek Village Apartments – Redesign and Planning of Trash Removal System

Lake Creek Village LLC is soliciting planners to help redesign and improve efficiency of the current trash system at the Lake Creek Village Apartments. The current system consists of one large compactor system at the entrance to the property with smaller recycle bins next to the compactor. While this system has served the property for many years, the design can be improved to offer more receptacle areas throughout the property and reduce illegal dumping and littering.

The attached bid documents and specifications are to plan and design a new system that is spread out from one centralized location. Management will work directly with the planner on new ideas and Statements of qualifications must be sent to William Wright, Maintenance Supervisor, via email to or received by U.S. mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivered to 4923 Lake Creek Village Drive, Unit 10-101, Edwards, CO 81632 on or before 3 p.m., MDT, June, 28, 2019 to the attention from William Wright. The statement of qualification must be submitted in a sealed envelope or with an email clearly labeled as “RFQ for Redesign and Planning of the Trash Removal System at Lake Creek Village LLC.” Any statement of qualifications received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Lake Creek in its sole discretion. No telephone or facsimile RFQs will be accepted.

Request for Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for Construction Services for the Eagle County Coroner’s Office Build-out

Eagle County is soliciting GMP Proposals for construction services for the interior remodeling and build-out of existing space known as the Eagle County Coroner’s Office Build-out, located at 290 Spring Creek Circle, Gypsum, Colorado. Construction services to be provided include, but are not limited to, framing, drywall, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems as per the Construction Drawings. A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all proposers will take place on July 10, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., local time at the Eagle County Coroner’s Office, 590 Spring Creek Circle, Gypsum, Colorado.

GMP Proposals for the Project must be sent to Josh Miller, Construction Manager, via U.S. mail addressed to the Eagle County Project Management Department, ATTN: Josh Miller, Project Manager, P.O. Box 850, Eagle, CO 81631-0850; or by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivered to the Eagle County Project Management Department, Eagle County Maintenance Service Center, ATTN: Josh Miller, 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum Colorado, 81637; or by email to: GMP Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Eagle County Coroner’s Office build-out” on the outside of the envelope/package (the “Sealed Proposal”). The outside of the envelope must also contain the name and address of the Proposer. If submitted by email, the subject line shall contain “Proposal for Eagle County Coroner’s Office build-out”. GMP Proposals must be received on or before 3:00 p.m., MDT on July 30, 2019 in order to be considered. All documents submitted with the GMP Proposal shall be clearly marked with the Proposer’s name. Any GMP Proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

Eagle County Emergency Management - Request for Proposals for On-Call Emergency Services and Supplies

Eagle County is soliciting proposals for the provision of services and supplies that might be needed in emergency situations in northwest Colorado for one year from the date of award. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from multiple parties. 

Eagle County is part of the Northwest All Hazards Emergency Management Region (“NWAHEMR”) which is comprised of Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Jackson, Mesa, Moffat, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt and Summit Counties. Counties other than Eagle County may also be seeking emergency services and supplies. Links to websites which may contain proposal documents for vendors interested in providing services and supplies in other counties are set forth below. Nothing herein shall create an obligation on the part of any county. 

The types of services, supplies, materials and equipment being sought on an on-call emergency basis by Eagle County include, without limitation, food services, lodging, sand bags, potable/bottled water, port-a-potties, engineering services, heavy equipment and such other services and supplies as may be necessary in an emergency. If you have a question about whether the services or supplies you offer are responsive to this RFP, please contact Barry Smith at set forth below. 

Those vendors desiring to provide emergency services and supplies to Eagle County, Colorado should respond to this RFP prior to 5 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2019. Vendors with fully executed agreements in place with Eagle County at the time of an emergency will be contacted to provide their specific services and/or supplies before vendors without an agreement are engaged. 

Participation from small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprise and labor surplus area firms is encouraged.
