County Resolutions

Eagle County's resolutions database includes all county government resolutions. The database is updated regularly as new resolutions are executed. The County’s Resolutions database contains all resolutions, dating back to 1896.

Search Resolutions

Per C.R.S. 30-11-101, counties have the authority to adopt and enforce ordinances and resolutions regarding health, safety and welfare issues as otherwise prescribed by law. All resolutions approved by the Eagle County Commissioners are available to the public and searchable. If you have questions regarding your search, please contact the Clerk & Recorder's Office at 970-328-8718.

Tips for searching:

• Click on the Resolutions folder to begin your search.
• Resolutions are given a unique number (i.e. RYY-NNN) which indicates the year and the order in which they appeared before the commissioners. For example, the twelfth resolution approved in the 2013 would be given the number R13-012.
• If you are unsure of the year the resolution was approved, enter your search term (ex: budget, National County Government Month, etc.) in the search box at the top of the page and hit the Search button.
• If you know the year the resolution was approved, click on the specific year folder prior to entering your search terms.
• Once you have entered your search term and received a list of search results, you can then click on each link to view the resolution.
