Simply download the app on the App Store or Google Play
and purchase tickets for immediate use or purchase in advance for future travel.

No refunds or exchanges in purchased tickets. Refer to the app for expiration times on each ticket. 
 
How to Use Mobile Ticketing:

1. Pre-purchase tickets for future use or buy a ticket on the day of travel. 
   
2. Select "Buy Ticket"
3. Select ticket type.
4. Enter payment info and your pass will be delivered instantly.
5. Activate your ticket right before boarding the bus.
6. Scan your ticket.

 To Access Youth and Senior Discounts:
Discounted Youth and Senior passes are available via the app. To qualify, follow these steps:

1. Download the ECO Tickets app on your phone from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create a profile in the app using your email address. Don't forget to verify your account!
3. Single Youth and Senior Rides are sold in bundles of 4 at $4. ($1 per ride)
4. For Youth and Senior Annual passes, email ecotickets@eaglecounty.us with a picture of the relevant ID (Student ID Card, Drivers License) and specify the email you used to create the account. You can also stop by our offices at the Vail Transportation Center or MSC in Gypsum to provide us with your ID.
5. We will verify your eligibility and unlock the relevant pass option
6. On the app, go to 'Buy Ticket' and choose '1 year pass'.
7. Enter payment info and the pass is delivered instantly to your Ticket Wallet.
8. Activate your pass right before boarding the bus.
9. Scan your pass on the bus.

 To access Military Member Discounts:

Discounted military member passes are available via the app. To qualify, follow these steps:

1. Download the ECO Tickets app on your phone from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create a profile in the app using your email address. Don't forget to verify your account!
3. You can purchase any fare type at a 50% discount.
4. Please show driver proof of ID or status at time of boarding. 
5. Scan your pass on the bus.
