Apply For CCCAP
You can apply for CCCAP online at COLORADO PEAK, by mail (haga clic aquí para español) or by contacting us at the Eagle County Department of Human Services PA@EagleCounty.us or 970.328.8888. If you are using the paper application, you must submit it to your county department of human/social services in person or by mail.
