We understand the challenges facing Eagle County residents in today’s housing market. Rising home prices, low inventory, and increased demand have made it harder for locals to find stable, affordable housing. That’s why we’re here to help.
Our Housing Programs are designed to support:
- Homebuyers: Buy-down programs, down payment assistance, deed-restricted real estate, homebuyer education, and other resources to help you achieve homeownership.
- Renters: Rental assistance, affordable housing options, and mentorship to help you start or stay in the community you love.
- Homeowners: Loan programs, tools, and resources to help you maintain and enhance your home.
We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of Eagle County residents, including:
- Aid for ADUs: Support for creating accessory dwelling units to expand housing options.
- Down Payment Assistance: Helping homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership.
- Deed-Restricted Real Estate: Preserving affordable housing for local residents.
- Eagle County Good Deeds: Incentives for homebuyers aimed at preserving housing for locals.
- Homebuyer Education: Gain access to educational programs and tailored mentorship.
