Below is a list of all active land use development permit applications submitted to Eagle County. An application becomes active once it has surpassed an initial Eagle County internal review, and is ready for review by the community and external agencies. All links can be downloaded. Public hearing or administrative approval dates are listed when available. If a public hearing date is listed, staff reports and pertinent attachments are available five working days in advance of the hearing on Boarddocs.
