Community Development Self Services is an integrated Web portal that provides the community with 24-hour access to Permitting, Plan Management, Inspection, Code Enforcement and other Community Development services.

• Online permit submission for peripheral/sub-contractor (MEPs) / payments / status checks
• Online inspection scheduling and cancellations
• Online ordinance violation requests / status checks

Inspections will not be performed on the following county holidays:

Note: El Jebel office coverage for building inspections and individual appointments will be Mondays and Thursdays.  If an emergency requires that inspections be made other than Monday or Thursday, please call 970-328-8761. Staff will accommodate these requests on an individual basis.
