Public voter lists are available for purchase from Eagle County Elections. Files come in Excel format. All data comes from the Colorado Secretary of State voter registration database.  Eagle County does not generate custom reports. The voter list contains all eligible registered voters in Eagle County, excluding voters who requested "Confidentiality."

Information included in voter lists: 

• Voter’s Full Name
• Voter ID Number
• Birth Year
• Gender
• Registration Date
• Party Affiliation
• Residence Address
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number (if provided by the voter)
• County Precinct and Split
• Status and Reason - Active/Inactive

Request for public voter list: 

• Please complete and submit the Voter List Request Form. Only complete requests will be processed. Please allow for a two-day response time.
  
  
• The fee for a public voter list is $.01 per voter name, $25.00 minimum / $50.00 maximum. Once we have received a Voter List Request Form, we will respond by email with pricing information based on the size of the list requested. 
  
  
• The Clerk and Recorder’s Office accepts cash or check. Payment can be made at one of the Clerk and Recorder’s Offices, or by mail.  Office locations and mailing address information is available here.
  
  
• Once payment has been received, the voter list will be sent by secure email. We will attempt to accommodate delivery on the same day of payment (subject to workload) on a first come, first served basis.

The Mail-In Early Voting Ballot Report includes eight scheduled reports emailed to the subscriber during an active election. Each report consists of a public list of all voters sent a mail ballot and a report of those who have returned their mail ballot or voted in person. Voters who have requested "Confidentiality" on their voter record are not included in the report.

• Voter’s Full Name
• Voter’s ID Number
• Year of Birth
• Gender
• Party Affiliation
• Ballot Mailing Address
• Ballot Sent Date
• Ballot Received Date
• Phone Number (if provided by the voter)
• County Precinct and Split

The fee for the Mail-In Early Ballot Report series is $100.00. The Mail-In Early Ballot Report for the 2023 Coordinated Election will be sent by secure email at approximately 7:00 pm on the following dates: 

• October 25, 27, 30, 31
• November 1, 2, 3, 6

To request this series of reports, please complete the Voter List Request Form. Only complete requests will be processed.

Designated Election Officials can request a statewide UOCAVA voter list, special district, or municipal voter list by sending email to elections@eaglecounty.us. Please provide the following information:

• Date of the Election
• Date(s) you would like to receive the voter list(s):
  • Statewide UOCAVA voter list
  • Special district or municipal voter list
  • Special district or municipal supplemental voter list
