Qualifications for Residency

Eligible Households are defined in the Eagle County Affordable Housing Guidelines: Administrative Procedures.
Year-round employment in Eagle County, verifiable rental history, criminal and financial background screening.
Please note that there are additional avenues for qualification, offering flexibility to accommodate a variety of applicants.

Application Process

The waitlist is currently closed.

  1. Submit Waitlist Application: Complete and submit the Waitlist Application.
  2. Unit Availability Notification: Once a unit becomes available, the management team will reach out to you.
  3. Qualifications for Residency: Provide the necessary documentation to support your qualifications for residency.
  4. Background Check: Complete a comprehensive background check as part of the application process.

A non-refundable application fee of $50 applies to each applicant aged 18 and older. It is important to understand that the completion of the application does not constitute a guarantee of unit availability. Applicants who decline an offered unit will be promptly removed from the waitlist.


Security Deposit

The security deposit is equal to the amount of the first month's rent.


Utilities

The rental rates include gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, spacious storage, and assigned parking.
