Eagle County's contracts database includes all county government contracts dating back to 1974. The database is updated regularly as new contracts are executed. Users have the ability to browse contracts by year, or search for keyword terms contained within the documents. Contracts can also be downloaded and/or printed.

Tips for searching:

• Contracts are organized by their controlling entity.
• Contracts are given a unique number (i.e. CYY-NNN) indicating the year and the order in which they appeared before the board of commissioners. For example, the twelfth contract approved in the year 2013 would be given the number C13-012.
• If you know the year the contract was approved, click on the specific year folder prior to entering your search terms.
• If you are unsure of the year the contract was approved, enter your search term in the search box at the top of the page and click the Search button.
• You can change the sort order by clicking in the column header.
