Project: Eagle County 2023 Overlay Project
Eagle County Government is requesting bids for the Eagle County 2023 Overlay Project. These Projects generally include an asphalt overlay to various areas throughout Eagle County (“Projects 1 and 2):
Bids for the Project must be sent to John Harris, Director, via ground shipping methods (i.e. FedEx, UPS), U.S. Mail or via hand delivery to the Eagle County Road & Bridge Department at the following:

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Eagle County 2023 Overlay Project” on the outside of the envelope/package (the “Sealed Bid”). The outside of the envelope must also contain the name and address of the bidder. The Sealed Bid shall be accompanied by the required bid security. No telephone, email or facsimile bids will be accepted. All documents submitted with the bid shall be clearly marked with the bidder’s name. Sealed Bids must be received by Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) in the office of the Eagle County Road and Bridge Department in order to be considered. At such time, all bids will be opened and read aloud in the Road & Bridge office at the physical address identified above. Road & Bridge will review all bids prior to a formal presentation to the Board of County Commissioners. No bids will be considered which are received after the date and time set forth above and any bid received after such date and time shall be returned to the bidder and will not be considered under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the bidder to ensure that their bid is received on time at the stated location.
