Cocaine arrest made in El Jebel

The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force arrested a suspect for felony Distribution and Possession of Cocaine (a schedule II controlled substance).  On March 30, 2010, an undercover operator for the task force purchased $400 worth of cocaine from the suspect in the El Jebel area of Eagle County.   On July 6, 2010, Task Force Detectives arrested the suspect with an arrest warrant.  

Cesar Manuel Ramirez Pinela (age 30 from Carbondale, CO) was the suspect arrested.  He was found to be driving without a driver’s license and was charged with that traffic offense also. Pinela is being held in the Eagle County Detention Facility on a $50,000 bond.  He is illegally in the US from Mexico and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hold was placed on Pinela.
