Eagle County services restricting in person interactions

In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community, Eagle County government will be providing services via phone and/or online services and restricting in person interactions until April 8, 2020, when these precautions will be reevaluated. Update regarding closure of Eagle County Public Health Office and Vital Record Applications

Due to COVID-19 Eagle County will be accepting Vital Record applications through the mail or by submitting your application in the secure ballot boxes in front of the main Eagle County building. For your convenience, there will be a box with birth and death certificate applications along with envelops outside the main doors of the Eagle County Public Health Office. Please include check or credit card information for payment. Vital Records personnel will process your application and mail you the certificate once the application and payment is received. Debido a COVID-19, el Condado de Eagle solo aceptará solicitudes por correo o cajas de boleta segura frente al edificio principal del Condado de Eagle. Para su comodidad, habrá una caja con aplicaciones y sobres fuera de las puertas principales de la Oficina de Salud Pública. Por favor incluir cheque o información de tarjeta de crédito para el pago. Personal de Vital Records procesará y enviará por correo.

Government-issued vital records can include: birth certificates as well as marriage, divorce, or death records.

The Office of the State Registrar of Vital Statistics requires certain documentation as proof of identify. Please see the identification guidelines in English or Spanish.
