Application Checklists

Each land use file application has specific submittal requirements unique to the type of request, the parcel, and the zone district. The land use file process, necessary application materials, and the appropriate completeness checklist will be reviewed with applicants during the pre-application meeting. When an applicant is ready to submit an application, they must contact Colton Berck, Customer Service Planner, colton.berck@eaglecounty.us, 970-328-8746, to plan a 30 minute application completeness check meeting. The appropriate checklist will be reviewed against the application at this meeting. It is recommended that the applicant bring a copy of a signed, filled out checklist with them to the completeness check meeting. Applications will be returned to the applicant if it is deemed incomplete at this meeting. The applicant must then schedule a new meeting for a completeness check with the updated application when ready.  Please read the Common Completeness Check Reminders for items that often are missing from applications.
