In order to ensure the affordability of the units now and in future resales, all of the properties are deed restricted and owners must meet certain Eagle County purchase qualifications. The deed restrictions cap resale prices and also reserve home ownership in Miller Ranch to residents of Eagle County that earn at least 75 percent of their annual income from Eagle County businesses.
