Due to a system upgrade, marriage license, civil union, and recording services at the Clerk & Recorder Office in Avon, Eagle, and El Jebel will be temporarily unavailable Wednesday, May 22, 5:00 p.m. through Thursday, May 23. Online recording services and the Recorded Document Search web application will also be unavailable.

Ticket Information

Admission into the Fair & Rodeo grounds is free. Guests can walk around and view livestock and open class exhibits, browse vendor booths and participate in educational seminars free of charge. 

Purchase Rodeo Tickets

A PRCA sanctioned ProRodeo will be held Wednesday through Saturday, July 24-27, 2019 beginning at 7 p.m. each night. Rodeo tickets are available ONLINE; details are below. Children 3 years of age and under may attend the rodeo free of charge provided they sit on a family member's lap throughout the performance. Children 4 and older must have a ticket to enter the rodeo.

Purchasing options

Online: Skip the line and purchase your tickets online up to 7 p.m. the day of the event! Tickets purchased online may be printed at home or obtained from Will Call. Will Call is located to the left of the Grandstand ticket office in a small white standalone building with red trim. Tickets purchased online will be charged a $1.50 per ticket convenience fee.

Ticket Office: There is one ticket office location at the fairgrounds. The Grandstand ticket office is located under the grandstands on the south west corner.

9:30 p.m. Ticket offices close 

MasterCard, Discover & Visa credit cards are accepted online and at the ticket office. An ATM will be available onsite during the event.

Friday is Tough Enough to Wear Pink night. Join Wrangler and the Eagle County Fair & Rodeo in raising money for the Shaw Regional Cancer Center. The Fair & Rodeo will donate $0.50 for every ticket purchased for Friday's performance. During your Friday ticket purchase, you can elect to donate an extra $1 per ticket by entering in the discount code "PINK".

Groups: 15+ Adult tickets purchased for one event night will automatically receive a $5 per ticket discount. Only one discount code (automatic or manual entry) can be applied per order. Group tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket office.
