Make sure your mail ballot arrives in your mailbox for the June 30, 2020 Primary Election. By law, ballots may not be forwarded, so it is very important that both your residential and mailing addresses are current in your Colorado voter registration record. Check your voter registration at GoVoteColorado.gov. Ballots may be returned by mail or dropped in one of Eagle County's 24-hour ballot boxes.

Monday, June 1st is the deadline for voters who are affiliated with a political party to change or withdraw their affiliation if they wish to vote in a different party’s primary election for the June 30th Primary.  

All active registered voters will be mailed ballots the week of June 8, 2020. If you are affiliated with a political party you will receive only that party’s ballot.

Unaffiliated Voters: Recent changes to Colorado law allow you to vote in a primary. You may either:

1) declare an affiliation with a participating political party and vote that party’s ballot,

2) choose which ballot you would like to receive by visiting GoVoteColorado.gov enter your information and select choose my primary ballot, OR

3) remain unaffiliated and receive all participating political party ballots in your ballot packet. Vote and return only one of these. Discard the other.

Voter registration changes can be made online by visiting GoVoteColorado.gov. The last day to request a ballot to be mailed is June 22, 2020.
