The Seniors on Broadway low income rental apartments are income and age restricted under federal law: Section 42 of the IRS code. Applicants must be 62 years or older to reside in these apartments. Income restrictions and rental rates are published annually by county by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.

Please use the financial worksheet to assist you in compiling your financial assets and income. Complete these forms down to and including the emergency notification paragraph. Sign and date at the bottom where indicated. We cannot accept your application if any section is left blank. If any section does not apply to you or your household, put N/A in that section. This application must be complete and all requested information provided. All financial information will be verified at a later date.
We require the Applicant Inquiry Release be completed, signed and dated and a photocopy of your personal identification or driver’s license must be returned with this form. Once you have completed all forms, return them as soon as possible with a $20 per person background check processing fee to:
Upon receipt of your application we will place your name on the waiting list for an available apartment. If, for any reason, your application should be refused, you will be notified in writing of the reasons for the refusal.
