Affordable Housing
Eagle County strives to develop and maintain housing that is within the means of the workforce. This web site will provide you with information regarding County affordable housing opportunities including for sale properties such as Miller Ranch, as well as rental properties. Be sure to check with the various towns and your employer as well.
Home Ownership
In an effort to bring the benefits of homeownership to as many residents as possible, Eagle County Housing Department has developed and backed the award winning Down Payment Assistance Program, and makes available to the public "Free Homebuyer’s Classes". Some of the topics include home buying readiness, money management, establishing and maintaining good credit, the pros and cons of homeownership, the types of loans available and information about the down payment assistance programs available to Eagle County Residents.
Classes are held at the Eagle County Building, Garden Level Class Room from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Please call 970-328-8771 to register or e-mail leona.perkins@eaglecounty.us.

The Valley Home Store is centrally located in Edwards. Our offices are upstairs at the Miller Ranch Community Center and are open Monday-Friday from 9 to 5 and by appointment only after hours or on weekends.
