Facilities Management reserves rooms for use at the Eagle County Building, Avon Annex, and the El Jebel Community Center. A classroom or meeting room may be booked by calling staff at 970-328-8880 or by reading, completing and returning the Facilities Leasing Information Form. Fill out the appropriate form and fax to Facilities Management at 970-328-8899 or 970-328-3539. All forms, fees and deposits are due prior to the event.
