*EcoBuild checklists apply to all new building construction plus all additions and remodels requiring a building permit that exceed 50 percent of the existing building's square footage. For further explanation, please see the Eco-Build portion of our website.
Building permit and plan review fees are paid at time of application submittal. Applicable Impact fees are assessed during plan review and are paid at building permit issuance (prior to picking up approved field copy of prints).
