For the 2011 Tax Lien Sale, the Treasurer's Office will be allowing pre-registration. If you would like to pre-register please complete and sign a registration form and a w-9 form, then scan and email them to treasurer@eaglecounty.us, fax to 970-328-8879 or mail them to Eagle County Treasurer, P.O. Box 479, Eagle CO 81631. 

Those that pre-register need only to pick up a bidder number in the Treasurer's Office prior to 9 a.m. the morning of the sale.  We will have a separate desk set-up for the investors that have pre-registered, each investor will need to be present to pick up their own bidder number.

Please not that pre-registration does not guarantee access to the sale. Registration will be closed when all bidder numbers are disbursed, regardless of registration status.  The sale will start promptly at 9 a.m.  If you have any questions, please contact our office at 970-328-8860.
