 The Eagle County Treasurer and Public Trustee Office's will be conducting a seminar for investors to learn more about the Tax Lien Sale process and Foreclosure Sales. The 2012 seminar is scheduled November 7, 2012.  We will be holding the seminar at two different times this year, with Tax Lien and Foreclosure information available during both times.  The first seminar will be held in the afternoon from Noon - 2:00 pm in the Eagle County Room at the Eagle County Building.  The second seminar will be in the evening from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the Eagle Valley Public Library which is located directly across from the Eagle County Building on 6th Street.  Both seminars will begin with the Tax Lien Sale presentation, followed by the Foreclosure Sale presentation.

The seminar is free of charge, however we do ask that you RSVP so that we have enough handouts available. The 2012 tax lien sale will be held November 8, 2012 at 9 a.m. If you have questions please call 970-328-8860 or email treasurer@eaglecounty.us.
