The Eagle County Treasurer and Public Trustee Office's will be conducting a seminar for investors to learn more about the
Tax Lien Sale process and Foreclosure Sales. The 2011 seminar is scheduled Nov. 8, 2011 in the Eagle County Room, located on the third floor of the Eagle County Building. We will begin with the Tax Lien Sale seminar at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Foreclosure Sale seminar at 6:30 p.m.
The seminar is free of charge, however we do ask that you RSVP so that we have enough handouts available. The 2011 tax lien sale will be held Nov. 9, 2011 at 9 a.m.
