- The Writ of Execution (must be within 90 days signed by court): 13-52-111
- Sheriff’s Indemnity Bond (2x) the amount of the Judgment

- Notice of Levy or Seizure.
- Combined Notice of Sale and Right to Cure/Redeem (Sheriff’s Office will call plaintiff when to obtain a copy): 38-38-103(5)(b)
- Obtain Mailing List and Combined Notice of Sale and Notice of Sale and Notice of right to Cure or Redeem: 38-38-103(b)(3)
- Letter from attorney’s office indicating property is not a homestead or if it is a homestead exemption: 38-41-206
