Tree Farm PUD hearing to be tabled

Feb. 14, 2017 – The hearing on the Tree Farm Planned Unit Development (PUD) preliminary plan set for Feb. 21 will be tabled per the applicant’s request. The Eagle County Board of Commissioners is now scheduled to begin review of the plan on March 21 in El Jebel.
 
The Tree Farm PUD encompasses 43 acres, located on the Lane Property on the north side of U.S. Highway 82 across from Willits Town Center. As proposed, the development would include up to 340 residential units of which include affordable housing, a maximum of 134,558 square feet of commercial, office, lodging, and/or light industrial space, and 22 acres of active and passive open space.
