Continuum of Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
Eagle County has partnered with Augustana Care Corporation to create a continuum of care retirement community in Eagle County. The components of the CCRC are Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Augustana Care is a non-profit CCRC developer and operator that currently operates more than 16 facilities in Minnesota and Colorado. The documents on this page reflect the work that has been accomplished to date. The county is currently seeking input and feedback from the community on this important project and will be hosting open houses and public meetings throughout 2011.
