Lake Creek Village offers one, two and three bedroom units on 28 beautifully landscaped acres. The property is located off Highway 6, one mile west of the I-70 Edwards Exit. Situated on the banks of the Eagle River in Edwards, Lake Creek Village offers the lifestyle you want at a price that won’t break your budget.

Here you’ll find bright, spacious garden apartments. Each one is a corner unit with picture windows on two sides for breathtaking views every season of the year. With only eight apartments in each two-storey building, Lake Creek is quiet, uncrowded apartment community in the mid-valley.

Lake Creek Village Apartments Qualifications for Residency

Premiums rates apply for remodeled units and short term leases. Minimum of 6 months required.

Utilities:
Billed separately through Conservice Utilities Management & Billing.

Garages/Carpots
$120 per month for a detached garage

Lease Terms:
6 through 12 month leasees

Application Fees
$50 non-refundable application fee per applicant over age of 18

Deposits:
$500 secutiry deposit with approved credit

Pets:
Maximum of 2 cats or dogs (breed restrictions apply). Monthly pet rent $20 per pet. $300 pet deposit required.
$150 is not refundable.

Income Limits
Minimum: Monthly rent cannot exceed 40 percent of monthly salary.
Maximum: Monthly salary cannot exceed 5 times monthly rent each person.

Miscellaneous:
Renter's Insurance is mandatory. $200 off the first month's rent (this only applies to 3 bedroom units)

Maximum number of people per apartment:
1 bedroom - 2 people
2 bedroom - 4 people
3 bedroom - 5 people

Requirements:
Year-round employment in Eagle County, verifiable rental history (either on lease or mortgage), criminal and financial background verifications.
