Miller Ranch    
The architects of Miller Ranch based their designs for this community on the area's century-old ranching heritage. The Bluffs   
Eagle County manages four deed restricted properties in Eagle, located in the popular Bluffs neighborhood. These properties have a maximum resale price based on the Consumer Price Index for Eagle County. These properties are listed for sale by owner with approval by the Eagle County Housing Department.

Riverwalk    
Live, work and play in the heart of Edwards! Riverwalk at Edwards is the focal point for the community of Edwards. Fifty-nine condominium units are designated deed restricted especially for Eagle County workers.

Villas at Brett Ranch   
Located near a protected wetland in Edwards, the condominiums at Brett Ranch are often called the "best buy for the money" and have become a favorite for locals. Eagle County workers are exempt from the transfer fee at Brett Ranch if the owners live and work in Eagle County while owning no other properties. 

The Red Draw
The Red Draw condominium complex is located in Edwards, near the St. Clare of Assisi church. There are 16 deed restricted, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium units within Red Draw. Town of Eagle    
The Town of Eagle's "Locals Employee Residency Program" (LERP) is made up units ranging from condos to single family homes. Potential buyers must apply and be approved to participate in LERP. LERP units carry a 3 percent appreciation cap, and are administered by The Valley Home Store. For more information, visit www.valleyhomestore.org

Eagle Ranch    
Eagle Ranch's "Locals Housing Program" is made up of units ranging from condos to single family homes. Potential buyers must apply and be approved to participate in the Locals Housing Program. Stratton Flats
