Programs and Services
Immunizations
All immunizations are offered by appointment only at one of our three locations. Recommended childhood immunizations and adult immunizations are available. Special immunizations for international travel are also offered. Costs vary by vaccine. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call the location nearest you.
Eligibility Requirements: Fees for immunizations vary. No child is denied access to immunizations due to inability to pay a fee

Family Planning
The Family Planning Clinic provides birth control, sexually transmitted disease testing for men and women, women's cancer screens, pregnancy tests and morning after pill, education and counseling. All services are confidential.
Eligibility Requirements: Men and women, including teens. Fees based on sliding fee scale. Medicaid is accepted.

Prenatal Care and Referral
Prenatal care and referral is offered by appointment for eligible pregnant females including Medicaid-eligible persons.
Eligibility Requirements: Pregnant and/or low-income. No citizenship requirement
Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs (HCP)
The HCP program provides resources for children and youth with special health care needs. Some of the resources we offer are care coordination services, specialty clinics, traumatic brain injury resources, and guidance on issues around transitioning to adult life.

WIC (Women, Infants, and Children)
WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. This is a federally-funded nutrition program that provides nutrition education, healthful foods, and health referrals for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants, and children up to age five.
Eligibility Requirements: Nutritional risk, income guidelines, county residency, no citizenship requirement
Tobacco Prevention
The QuitLine is a free, confidential telephone coaching service for Colorado residents. With QuitLine, tobacco users can receive free supplies of the nicotine patch as they work with trained coaches who create a personalized quit plan just for them.

Communicable Disease
The Communicable Disease Program focuses on preventing or containing the spread of communicable diseases. This is achieved through monitoring, case investigations, contact follow-up, and consultation with local health care providers.
