Fees and Policies

Facilities Management reserves rooms for use at the Eagle County Building, Miller Ranch, and the El Jebel Community Center. A classroom or meeting room may be booked by calling staff at 970-328-8880 or by reading, completing and returning the Facilities Leasing Agreement. Fill out the appropriate form and email Facilities Management at facilities@eaglecounty.us. All forms, fees and deposits are due prior to the event.
