- Take I-70 West
- Take Eagle exit (#147)
- Left at the light
- Right on Chambers Road (just past Loaf & Jug) which turns into Fairgrounds Road.
- Go past the Eagle County Fairgrounds. Shelter is on the left side of road, past ball fields.

From Glenwood Springs or Grand Junction
- Take I-70 East

- Right on Eby Creek Road (just past Loaf & Jug)
