Facilities Management

Facilities Management provides property management services for all county buildings, parks and open space. The department handles security, risk management, maintenance, remodeling, renovation, planning and development for county facilities.

Services

Eagle County Government operates in ten locations and more than fifty buildings in the Eagle and Roaring Fork Valleys. The county has a number of meeting rooms available for county residents and non-profit organizations to reserve. Within Facilities Management, the Project Management Department provides construction management for all phases of capital improvement projects.
