Laura Fawcett, REHS, Environmental Health Specialist III:  Laura reviews new facilities and inspects existing establishments such as restaurants, schools, and child care centers, for compliance with state and local regulations.  Laura also reviews and inspects onsite wastewater systems.

Monqueescha Walker, Environmental Health Specialist I: Along with Laura, Monqueescha is responsible for review and inspection of restaurants, schools, child care facilities, and onsite wastewater systems.  She also coordinates the review and inspection of temporary/special food service events in Eagle County.
