Fire restrictions have been lifted for unincorporated Eagle County. Normal fire policies are in effect, which allow small recreational fires without a permit.

The Colorado Air Pollution Control laws and regulations prohibit open burning throughout the state unless a permit has been obtained from the appropriate air pollution control authorities, Eagle County and your local fire district.
