If you've already purchased health insurance through Connect for Health Colorado and have experienced a qualifying life event, visit the current customers page to report your change and ensure you have the right coverage.
Connect for Health Colorado offers individuals, families and small employers an online marketplace for health insurance and exclusive access to up-front financial assistance, based on income, to reduce costs. Customers can shop through a website and get expert help in person and over the phone from a network of customer service professionals, including Customer Service Center Representatives, Health Coverage Guides and certified health insurance agents and brokers. The next open enrollment period starts Nov. 15 for coverage that begins Jan. 1, 2015 at www.ConnectforHealthCo.com .
The Health Assistance Network provides local, in-person assistance to individuals, families and small businesses looking for health insurance through Connect for Health Colorado. Certified Health Coverage Guides located across the three counties are available to assist with evaluating health plan options, applying for insurance affordability programs and enrolling in health coverage. All health coverage guides are bilingual in English and Spanish and are available by appointment in a variety of locations.

Community partner sites that will provide space to meet with customers include the local hospitals (VVMC, VVH, GRH, AVH), Mountain Family Health Centers, Mind Springs Health and Pitkin County Health & Human Services.
Eagle County Health and Human Services, in partnership with Pitkin County Human Services, Community Health Services, Inc., Garfield County Human Services and Public Health departments and Mountain Family Health Centers, was one of 58 organizations in Colorado selected to provide in-person assistance to customers of the new health insurance marketplace starting in October. ECHHS received one of the top five funded awards in the state. The grant period runs from July, 1 2013 to Dec. 31, 2014.
