McCoy area detail change map - Precinct 11 is no longer the McCoy precinct.  Areas previously in Precinct 11 but now west of the congressional district boundary line will be included in Precinct 10.  Areas previously in Precinct 11 but now east of the congressional district boundary line will be in Precinct 19
