Assessor's property record search will be down July 2 until July 6.

The Assessor's Office property record search application will be unavailable from 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 2 until 9 a.m. Monday, July 6. This outage is to allow for system maintenance.

Recording Guidelines

Motor Vehicles 
If you have lived in Eagle County for 90 days you must register your vehicle in one of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder's offices. Find information about the requirements for registering and/or titling your vehicle.

Voting & Elections
Information on voter registration, elections and election calendars. 

Marriage Licenses
Marriage licenses can be obtained from any Clerk and Recorders office and used anywhere in the State of Colorado. 

Liquor Licenses
Information on liquor licenses for unincorporated areas of the county. For information on liquor licenses within a municipality contact the municipality directly.
