2012 4-H Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2011/2012 4-H year is now open. 
Volunteer Enrollment and Member Enrollment forms may be downloaded here or picked up at the Extension Office at 441 Broadway in Eagle. This year you can also enroll online.

In order to participate in the 2012 County Fair, you must have enrolled by March 1, 2012.

The fee for 2012 is $40 per member.

A scholarship fund has been established for members unable to pay the enrollment fee. For more information on this opportunity, please contact the 4-H office.

Once we receive your enrollment form, here's what will happen:

• You will be contacted regarding which 4-H Club would be the best fit for you and your choice of project(s)
• You can begin attending club meetings
• You are welcome to attend 4-H trips and participate in special events
• You can subscribe to 4-H Piper newsletter and receive monthly issues (electronically)
• You will begin receiving important 4-H updates and announcements (electronically)
