A Board of Appeals shall be created as provided in Section IBC 112 and IRC R112.

A board of appeals, consisting of five members, shall be appointed by the board of commissioners to hear and decide appeals as provided hereunder. The board of appeals shall meet on an as needed appeal basis. The purpose of the board of appeals is to hear matters pertaining to the interpretation of code, and shall have no authority to waive requirements of this code nor to waive adopted fees.  For complete information, please reference the currently adopted Eagle County Building Resolution.
