The Animal Shelter offers a number of volunteer opportunities including exercising and assisting in the training of adoptable dogs, cat socialization, helping staff with shelter activities, and staffing a booth at local public events.

We also offer shelter tours for school or other youth groups which can include a puppet show for ages preschool-5th grade. Appointments are required for this type of tour. Please call 970-328-3647 for more information or to make an appointment.
