2. Airport Administration has no local airline contact information or baggage information. To obtain information regarding your luggage you must contact your airline's toll free number.

4. The airport has several rental car and ground transportation companies located inside the terminal. Rental car companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz, and National. In-terminal ground transportation companies include Colorado Mountain Express and Hy-Mountain Taxi.

6. Eagle County Regional Airport is owned and operated by Eagle County Government and the terminal is owned and operated by the Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation (ECAT).

7. There are several ways to book a flight at EGE. The best way is to contact your travel agent or book online via websites such as Expedia, Travelocity, etc. In addition, you can contact the airlines directly using the phone numbers and web addresses provided on our Airlines page.

9. Current security measures at Eagle County Airport consist of:
- Only ticketed passengers are allowed past security checkpoints.
- All suspicious behavior will be investigated. Although it is sometimes tempting to use humor to dispel tension, It is improper to even joke with EGE's security personnel about engaging in a potentially criminal activity. They cannot - and will not -overlook any suspicious conversations, behavior or activities.
- Photo ID will be required. All passengers must present photo ID when checking in for flights and passing through security checkpoints. If you are traveling with a minor child that does not have photo ID, please call your airline to discuss their specific requirements.
- No sharp objects are allowed past security checkpoints. Potentially dangerous items cannot be carried onto airplanes and will be confiscated. When it doubt, pack an item in your check-in baggage. TSA provides a complete list of prohibited items on its website.
- Passengers must be prepared to be “hand-wanded” or have their bags searched.
- Ample parking is available in all parking lots.
- Curbside parking is not allowed and unattended vehicles will be towed. Passengers and luggage may be dropped off at curbside by their driver. Arriving passengers may wait on the curb with their luggage for their drivers to pick them up there. All drivers must continue driving until their passengers and luggage arrive at the curb ready for pick up, or park in the 30 minute parking area, located directly across from the terminal.
- Limited carry on baggage - Due to security directives, Airlines have limited carry on baggage to one bag and one personal item (i.e. purse, briefcase, laptop, etc.) Please contact your airline for more information.

10. The latest list of banned, prohibited and permitted items is available from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Please note that food and beverages are not allowed in checked luggage because they can harm the screening equipment and generate false readings. They should be placed in your carry-on luggage, as should all film products which can be damaged during the screening process.

11. We recommend at least 1.5 hours prior to your scheduled departure time to allow for check in at the ticket counter and passing through security check point. Please check with your airline for more information.
